All products displayed on the website are subject to availability and confirmation. ZENO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
MADE-ON-DEMAND POLICY
All ZENO products are made on demand. Production begins only after an order is confirmed and payment is received. This approach allows us to maintain originality, quality, and minimal waste.
Because products are custom-produced, changes or cancellations after production begins may not be possible.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
ZENO strictly prohibits the use of copyrighted, trademarked, or third-party intellectual property in custom designs. This includes, but is not limited to:
Movie, anime, TV, or game characters
Celebrity images or names
Logos, brand names, or copyrighted artworks
Book excerpts, song lyrics, or protected text
If a submitted design is found to violate copyright laws, ZENO reserves the right to cancel the order.
If copyright issues are identified after payment, a refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway fees and currency conversion charges.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Due to the made-on-demand nature of our products, refunds are limited.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only under the following conditions:
Incorrect product delivered
Printing error not matching the confirmed design
Manufacturing defect
Size mismatch caused by production error
Claims must be reported within 15 days of delivery with clear supporting evidence.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind
Design dissatisfaction
Incorrect size selection by the customer
Custom designs approved by the buyer
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible due to the customized nature of the products.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
ZENO ships all products internationally from India.
Delivery timelines vary based on destination, shipping method, and customs clearance. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
ZENO is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.
SAMPLE POLICY
Samples are available for evaluation purposes and are paid.
Samples are shipped using economy delivery services
Delivery times may be longer than standard retail orders
Sample orders are non-refundable unless defective
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & VAT POLICY
All international orders are shipped from India.
Import VAT, customs duties, and clearance charges (if applicable) are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
ZENO is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance procedures.
PAYMENT POLICY
All payments must be made in advance.
ZENO uses secure third-party payment providers for international transactions.
Any applicable transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or intermediary charges are borne by the customer.
